What is Vipassana?
Vipassana, which means to see things as they really are,
it is one of India's most ancient techniques of meditation
The scientific laws that operate one's thoughts, feelings,
judgements and sensations become clear.
Vipassana is a way of self-transformation through self-observation.
It focuses on the deep interconnection between mind and body.
According to me it is the highest form of knowledge attainment.

Which course to attend?
As a beginner, you will have to attend a 10 day course

You are expected to follow a schedule for meditation

from villagers to city dwellers to foreigners from various
places
The oddest people, i found there were Pregnant women,very senior citizens who find difficulty in walking
but are so eager to do the course
