India has a policy to have States as per linguistic and ethnic background of people in area. Like Maharashtra is formed because it has Marathi speaking people, similarly Gujarat etc.
Is it right to have a country made up of States based on Language or should it based on Administrative convienience to rule ?
Did our founding fathers of our constitution did a right thing?
If you are to take a decision just as if you are in period 1947 what would you do? If it is 2004, what you will do?
